Internal Communication Masterclass

2.    Registration and access
To access the Masterclass, you must register on our platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

Each Masterclass and its content are for your personal, non-commercial use only. When you purchase a Masterclass, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view your course(s) through our service on a streaming-only basis. This licence does not give you any ownership rights to the content. You agree not to use the service for public performances.

We may revoke your licence at any time, at our sole discretion. If this happens, you must immediately destroy any content you have downloaded or obtained through the service, including any copies, whether made in accordance with these terms or otherwise.

3.    Payment
At The Internal Communication Masterclass, we respect the privacy of our users. For details, please see our privacy policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined therein.

4.    Pricing and availability
Prices for each Masterclass are listed individually and are charged in GBP. We offer discounts for purchasing the Masterclass for multiple people. For more details, please email us at [email protected] with the number of courses you need. The Masterclass has no expiry date, so you can view the content whenever you wish. However, we reserve the right to change or remove any Masterclass or digital content on the site without notice or liability to you.

5.    Use of digital products
Upon purchase, you will have access to digital products, including videos, digital downloads, and supporting materials such as workbooks. Your use of all digital content is subject to these Terms.

6.    Language
The IC Masterclass and all related materials are available only in English.

7.    Cancellation and refunds
You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 working days under Distance Selling Regulations, provided you have not downloaded or accessed any digital content. If any digital products are defective, we will resolve the issue or provide a repeat download. A refund will only be offered if the issue cannot be resolved within 30 days of notification.

8.    Intellectual property
All content in the Masterclass, including audio, video, and written materials, is owned by or licensed to AB Publishing Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, redistribute, or use the content beyond what is explicitly allowed under these terms.

9.    Third party websites and resources
Our service might include links to other websites and resources on the Internet. We do not control these websites and resources, and we are not responsible for them or their content. We do not endorse them either. You agree that we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by using or relying on any content, events, goods, or services from these websites and resources. Any dealings you have with third parties found through our service are solely between you and the third party. We are not responsible for any loss or claim you may have against these third parties.

10.    Liability
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the content in our digital products, and you are responsible for how you use the content. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and limit our liability as far as the law permits for:

These terms are governed by the laws of England. However, local mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may also apply. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, except where local laws require otherwise.
